Optima Computers' Warranty
Optima Computers warrants that the hardware products it sells,
excluding software, documentation and similar items, will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty
term for parts is one year. The warranty term for labor is five
years. Service contract extensions are available.
Damage due to shipping the products
to you is covered under this warranty. Otherwise, this warranty
does not cover damage due to external causes, including damage
caused during return shipment, accident, abuse, misuse, problems
with electrical power, natural disaster, servicing not authorized
by Optima Computers, usage not in accordance with product instructions,
failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems
caused by use of parts and components not supplied by Optima
Computers.
Under no circumstances shall Optima
Computers be liable for any other damages, including but not
limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar
claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty,
negligence, absolute or strict liability, or any other similar
theories. Such excluded damages include but are not limited to:
loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use of
the hardware system, loss of use of related equipment, cost of
substitute or replacement equipment, “down-time,”purchaser’s
time, injury to property, and all claims of third parties.

Exchanges and Returns Require The Original Packing Slip
Please Note:
Optima Computers is not responsible for expenses, fees, or other
costs incurred by our customers as a result of defective or incompatible
parts.
Optima Computer's Online Return Policy:
New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with the
original packing slip, subject to the following conditions. Optima
Computers reserves the right to decline any exchange or return if
the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" is
defined as: the complete product in the original carton, with all
equipment, packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranties.
Returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number, which is valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA from
Optima Computers, please call our Customer Service number at 1-913-491-0808,
M-F 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Sat 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST.
Shipping Charges involved with the exchange or return of merchandise
are non-refundable.
Notebooks/Laptop computers may be returned within 7 days of purchase,
if the merchandise is in "like new" condition. A 15%
Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the
product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Desktop computers, monitors and printers may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of purchase, if the merchandise is in "like-new" condition. A
15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless
the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Opened Software may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Software
may only be exchanged for the identical product.
All other products not listed above may be exchanged or returned
within 30 days of purchase, if the merchandise is in "like-new" condition.
Non-returnable and Non-refundable Items:
Clearance items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on
the label attached to the product. Service parts are not returnable.
Labor and installation services are non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds willtake up to 14 business days to process from the date
that Optima Computers receives the merchandise, and will be credited
to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.
